My experience with Beyonk has been first class. The staff have been super helpful and clear in relating information, giving me the confidence I need to run my new website and booking system. Ask a question, and the solution comes via a helpful email or call. Thank you to all of my helpers, you have made it all feel like a breeze!

Better than Eventbrite for our small museum
Comments: The simplicity of the interface is an important factor for whether or not we enjoy working with a solution on the back end. Language and menus are easily understandable, and reports are easier to locate and understand than other products we have used.
Pros:
I find it much easier to use than Eventbrite in the way of setting up events, creating various tickets, etc., along with lower rates for the service. Customer service feels personalized, and staff are very open to suggestions for product improvement. It doesn't feel like I'm dealing with a huge corporation.
Cons:
The product is still being developed, and a Beyonk app has not yet been released (although staff says it's on the way).

Hi Alfie, and sorry to hear you're having problems not knowing if customers haven't received emails. In developing the Beyonk technology, we have taken a lot of care to ensure our booking confirmations have a very high success rate. In some cases, however, where customers may have a very rigorous filter on their emails which sends them to spam, there's very little we - or any other booking software - can do about that, nor would anyone be able to tell if that has happened. On occasions when the customer might make a mistake on their email address, we can activate a double verification process on your account to eradicate that, and we will be in touch with you directly about that. I hope this latter solution will help rectify the problem, and as ever we're happy to help with any other issue you may have. All the best, The Beyonk Team.

I find creating an event easy and straight forward. I love that i can use check out questions and customised emails for our events.
When i've needed help they're only a phone call away and very patient and helpful when explaining.
Pros:
Easy to navigate Helpful, on hand advice and problem solving
Cons:
Drawing out the VAT from sales was a bit complicated. But we got there.

Amazing Customer Support
Comments: Working with Beyonk is one of the best decisions we have made for our Grotto bookings. [sensitive content hidden] in particular has gone above and beyond to make sure that we are set up and running smoothly, as well as offering suggestions to improve our user experience. I honestly couldn't fault anything, the system and service are both spot on!

Exceptional in every department
Comments: Exceptional from start to finish, we'd had a previous bad experience with a booking platform and we were going in cautiously. I believe this platform will ensure the success of our business.
Pros:
Eease of use, fits our business perfectly. Exceptional support even last thing on a Friday ! The staff are keen to help drive our business forward and also listen to feedback.

A great system for our small business
Comments: All round is a great system to use for ticketing and bookings for experiences. Customer service is great, [sensitive content hidden] is always on hand if we have any questions or issues. Definitely re comend.

The ticketing system is great and is easy to use, being able to link to our website makes the booking process simple and easy to manage.
Cons:
The ability to be able to change maximum ticket numbers for particular days would be useful for us.

Beyonk is a game-changer!
Comments: As a growing non-profit, companies constantly solicited our organization for services such as ticket sales and memberships in the past. I was quoted as much as $30k for said services. Way out of our price range! When [sensitive content hidden] called me to pitch Beyonk, I was obviously skeptical, BUT I really liked [sensitive content hidden] and her non-pushy approach, so I decided to schedule a demo with her. I loved working with [sensitive content hidden] and that Beyonk was SO CLEAN on the admin side. SO EASY. Best part? FREE for our organization to use! I had a small group of experts from Beyonk help set up our tickets and memberships, and launching was the easiest thing I've ever done regarding the technical side. I was able to embed Beyonk on our website with ease, and sales were almost immediate. Total game-changer. I highly recommend Beyonk to ANY organization looking to up their game and work with a first-class company who actually delivers on what they promise.

Making our lives so much simpler
Comments: The team at Beyonk made transitioning from our previous ticketing platform very simple and easy to do. From zoom walk-throughs of how to set everything up, to super fast email responses, to checking in with us to make sure we're happy...the service has been great. We would certainly recommend them to other small attractions.
Pros:
The biggest plus-point for us is the ability to integrate the booking form directly into our website. With as few steps as possible for our visitors, it makes the booking process much more streamline - and more professional.Being able to edit every aspect - including the colour palette to fit our scheme - was an added bonus. The analytics within the dashboard are extremely useful. The addition of the 'apps' to include things like discount codes, customised emails and so on are inspired - being able to add as much or as little as you'd like. Moving bookings around, blocking out times, increasing & decreasing visitor capacity...all marvellous.
Cons:
There are the odd occasions where we have to make up a solution to an issue. For instance, if within a group booking there is one person who could come but would like to come on a different day, it would be great to be able to move a single ticket across to a new date. We are unable to check visitors in using the QR codes as our tablet is too old. It has been fine for other QR systems, but we cannot log in to our Beyonk dashboard at all! Therefore we just check in visitors via their surname, which works fine.

Hi Vikki, Thank you for the lovely review and taking the time to write it! There is a solution for this: You can amend the original booking and change the amount of tickets for that booking, deducting the ones you need to move to a different date. Once you have saved those changes and notified the customer, you can add a new manual booking with the new tickets on the new date. Option 1 - you remove the tickets and issue a refund for the amount as needed. Then take a new payment on the phone under Add a Sale on your Dashboard Information 🚀 Option 2 - you only edit the tickets but do not issue a refund. Then add a manual booking indicating 'other payment', meaning you do not add a new payment to your reporting. You can use the manual 'Source of Sale' to add the original Booking ID so you know where those 'free' tickets are coming from and how they were paid for. To many more years of working together! 🎉
Alternatives Considered:
Using Beyonk for ticket sales for a 4 day event
Comments: Positive and I'd certainly use them for ticketing for the event next year and potentially for any other events if they provide the features that particular event would need.
Pros:
I researched 4 or 5 ticket agencies to sell tickets for an event I was producing and chose Beyonk. Most of the agencies I spoke to had similar features and were broadly similar in their charging structure. I mainly chose Beyonk as it was able to break tickets sales down into half hour slots across the day, which I needed, did not charge a set up fee, and was a bit cheaper than the others I researched. Also the support team & my account manager seemed like they would provide good assistance if I needed it, and that very much proved to be the case. Always swift in their service and always able to resolve any issues or questions that I had.
Cons:
There were a few features that I asked about that were either in development or needed to be activated by the support team rather than being something I could just do myself. But not a major problem.

Comments: A above! Overall, I'm very happy!
Pros:
The feature that initially brought us to Beyonk is the ticketed time slots. We had an event that required 24 tickets for every half an hour. Beyonk was able to handle this with ease and saved us hours and hours of work. Now we use it for all our events throughout the year. The interface is slick and looks attractive and professional. It's easy to get the events listed and amended, it sends all the tickets, confirmation emails and reminders automatically (customizable) and the payments/refunds are handled painlessly. The biggest plus has been the exceptional customer service. With your own contact in the support team, help is always at hand, they listen and get it sorted asap. I am so glad I found Beyonk and recommend them to fellow business owners as a great ticketing solution.
Cons:
My only comment would be to have more flexibility with the ticket reports. Every report downloads all the information for that event. Some of my events are over two days, or multiple times slots. Currently I'm unable to download reports by day or by time slot so I need to go through manually to pick out those in a particular time slot. I've raised this on the phone before however so this may already be being looked at. I'd like the comments section to be an option to include on the report. So for example, the Christmas Special. I'd like a report that shows me every ticket holder for the 11:30 santa visit, including their comments - which is where they provide the child's name and age. Currently to see the child's name and age I have to go into every booking separately and write it out!

Comments: it is brilliant - i always know that what i want to do is there somewhere. if i cannot find it then a quick email sets me right, and the response is always helpful and prompt

the guys who helped set us up were efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful at all stages - being careful not to overload us with information at the start but being there to help at every stage.
Cons:
i have to total the number of bookings when i go onto the reports page - but i understand there is another way of doing this... just haven't had time to crack that!

Customer service has been great. I think the user experience is great for customers, there aren't many clicks required for someone to make an order. Tracking conversions from meta / google ads is also a big bonus.

Comments: Beyonk have been wonderfully supportive of our cross over journey from Evenbrite to their ticketing platform, we have had many a need to call on them for assistance, which is always provided promptly and in a friendly, personalised and understandable manner.
Pros:
Beyonk is a really user friendly product that provides the user with flexibility not available from big competitors like Eventbrite.
Cons:
The inability for event specific payouts and the reports for longer term events that cannot be separated from other events within the same conflicting timeline.

Brilliant Service
Comments: Excellent, I'm very impressed, it is much easier than the platform in use in my other role. I will be recommending Beyonk to them.
Pros:
Very easy to use and the support from the team has been incredible when needed.
Cons:
Still some things to iron out, such as being able to select online when naming a venue and waiting list function. But it seems like the team are on it.
