The future of equity management
Comments: Great platform and a no brainer for our company.
Pros:
Clear dashboard overview with the company's cap table and other key metrics that's easy to manage and share with external shareholders.
Cons:
Equity management for employees is still missing, but heard it's released soon.

Good value for money
Pros:
captable clarity was probably the most useful feature I came across.
Cons:
Integration features could be better, though I was told some useful features would be coming shortly

Brilliant way to manage your equity matters
Pros:
Very easy to use and visually attractive platform to keep your investors informed, it gives them the tools and insights they need at all times without us losing time to look up documents, share KPI's etc. I also love the way we can keep our employees engaged on the ESOP feature.
Cons:
Not being able to compare realised KPI's with our goals. But I understand this is something that will be released shortly.
