Simplify Your Schedule
Pros:
Microsoft simplifies the process of planning and organizing with its intuitive calendar and scheduling features. It’s an exceptional tool that promotes effective time management and organization.
Cons:
There can be slight performance issues on the platform. More customization could definitely help users enjoy their user experience more.
Alternatives Considered:
My Outlook on Outlook (MS)
Pros:
I like the fact that it is user friendly with simple help solutions
Cons:
The online application is not my thing. Idk why, but the actual app just works better for me.
New Outlook is a step backward.
Pros:
It's still a functional tool, in which I live by the minute through the workday.
Cons:
The New release is a step backward, as it is clunky and has lost some of it's previous functionality. Microsoft is forcing me to re-learn how to use their product for my own workflow and it appears they changed it just for the sake of changing it.

General Email Mailbox Provided
Comments: We used mailtastic and several other signature tools in pair with it. Syncing between Outlook and other environments was not the best.
Pros:
Everyone knows how to use it and how it works. Basic interface is easy to understand. A lot of existing solutions and unique features. Native sync and connections to Microsoft tools.
Cons:
Using it on other platforms than PC is challenging depending on business needs and other software used. Some features, addons, toolkits are not available on Mac OS.
Great for office communication
Comments: It's perfect for my office communication. It's quick easy to send memos to all my team members. It by far better than other software we have tried
Pros:
It puts everything in one place. My email, calendar and my contacts. I can read and respond to my email off line as well.
Cons:
It don't support RSS feeds. You can only save attachments to ti local file or Ondrive. So you can direct share
Solid profession email client
Pros:
Matchable features of it are really good and the calendar integration is fantastic for a professional office in. Having multiple calendars allows you to have personal calendars integrated into company-wide calendars and that is a fantastic feature. Also sorting project related emails into folders is a great organizational tool.
Cons:
I dislike how app and the program are being upgraded. Computer malfunctions when you have the app version and the program software version on one PC. Windows is doing a lot of changes that aren't really necessary as they shouldn't fix something that wasn't broken but it seems the the moving into this whole cloud hosted 365 nonsense to get subscription fees. Also then you look update for the program is messing with how we are saving emails into folder structures. Also it's super annoying when one employee is on a Mac and certain features are simply messing from outlook on their machine. This shouldn't be. All menus should be the same.
Outlook made changes just to make changes. Difficult to use without reason
Comments: I have used Outlook for over 20 years. Typically , with an update, new features are added and the overall look and feel changes. This newest one is so difficult and different to use. they even changed the mouse buttons. For example, right clicking a misspelled word used to bring up options to correct it but now you have to hit your left mouse button on the word.
Pros:
I have been using Outlook for years and it is what I know very well. Th eolder version is easy to use and the functionality is user-friendly.
Cons:
I despise the newest version of Outlook. Nothing is in a place that makes sense for the user. Features are difficult to find and even missing in some places. It is not a product that works well and it seems Microsoft wanted to make it as difficult to use as possible.
The most dependable email solution out there
Comments: Excellent, from day one it has been a key and pivotal tool for communication and productivity. The new addition to adding a thumbs up to an email you've read is really helpful rather than replying with a thank you.
Pros:
Integration across the Microsoft 365 suite of apps. In particular the advances made between this working in harmony with MS Teams has improved productivity.
Cons:
The browser version can sometimes not provide the same notifications as the desktop version. This could be down to user error, but I'd want a more seamless experience between the two without the need to alter any settings. Desktop and mobile app however sync brilliantly.
The All-In-One App for Your Daily Business Needs
Comments: It is a pleasant all-in-one app that integrates everything I need to do at work in one place when interacting with my colleagues and external contacts.
Pros:
It connects all the productive parts of the daily life of a working person in one life - email, calendar, contacts and tasks and then onto the rest of the Office 365 Apps
Cons:
It is very cluttered when on a small Surface Pro screen - you need a big display when all the alerts and insight views are enabled.
Outlook- a must have!
Comments: It is absolutely essential to my every day life.
Pros:
I think, at any career field, Microsoft Outlook is a MUST HAVE.
Cons:
I dont like how it goes out of sync sometimes, and takes awhile to load new messages and old messages.
Connecting People Together Virtually
Comments: Microsoft is a lifesaver for every professional whether it comes to being an awesome email client or an instant meeting/calendar scheduler, In a world where we have moved away from physical paper and files, this is the one-stop solution for maintaining that communication chain. it is not software but a revolution for connecting people together. It keeps the communication chain unbroken.
Pros:
The Best Features 1. Light Weight Client application for both mobile and desktop helps seamless integration with any number of email accounts 2. Integration with Microsoft Teams best for scheduling online meetings and custom reminders are very helpful 3. Calendar is a great feature that helps us manage the time and schedule things without conflicting with others 4. Integration with third-party plugins 5. Automatic replies & mail recall is the hidden gem of this product 6. Offline availability
Cons:
The UI keeps on changing and it becomes difficult to find the options that we use as their placements are frequently changed, Microsoft should avoid changing it too often or at least keep things /Proper Icons in place. Else we end up googling for existing features after every update
Top webmail and email client.
Comments:
I would describe my overall experience as a miffed win.
Outlook is reliable and secure yet hard to work with. Categorizing emails helps but I would rather have the freedom to assign sub-inboxes and the ability to pin more than 2-3 emails. I would rather replace the thickened blue bar with other identifiers for new messages -- a shaded background?
One of the most important things Outlook has to offer is the integration with Microsoft teams and Microsoft 365.
I would advise considering your need for reliability compared to synchronization before making a decision.
The pros do outnumber the cons within Outlook.
Pros:
- Performs well. - Trustworthy company and email address. - High reliability. - High security. - Consistently delivers all attachments (Perhaps slowly) - Freedom to choose theme. - Android app -- Microsoft edge shortcut. - Email client and webmail -- manage all components of email. - Integrations that better time management. - Calendar.
Cons:
- Slow synchronization and delivery. - Not practical compared to other email clients and webmail. - Poor inbox management and filter.
Alternatives Considered:
Best email management tool even if not perfect!
Comments: Even if there are things that irritates me on my day to day work, Outlook remains the best cross platforms email and calendar management tool. That being said, if I had to work only on Mac I would probably switch to the apple softwares since they're easier and more quick to sync than Outlook. If you're using Microsoft Teams on a regular basis like me, Outlook is definitely a required to have because the two softwares works well together.
Pros:
For email management, Outlook remains the best tool. It easy to order the emails in subfolders, to create archiving rules, to create auto-reply rules and to manage rendezvous using the calendar (however mainly on Windows). I also greatly appreciate the direct relation with OneNote and Microsoft ToDo.
Cons:
As a graphic designer and a business analyst, I often have to work on both Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. Outlook on Windows is perfect and works great, but the Mac version is limited and buggy. On the Android and iOS version, Outlook takes up so much resources that in the end I often use the default mail apps of the platform instead of the Outlook apps. The calendar of Outlook works great on Windows and Mac, but it's a pain to use in iOS and Android.

Amazing solution for emails
Comments: The experience with Microsoft Outlook has been very amazing. Important emails and tasks are much more organized than the other providers
Pros:
- Easy to manage important emails, have the application for the complete device eco-system Phone, Dekstop, IPAD, etc. - Easy to search emails by content and title - Makes meetings and tasks easy to manage, the daily morning, we get emails for reminding of emails related to tasks, and the meeting and links automatically get marked on the calendar
Cons:
- The automated marking on the calendar sometimes becomes annoying when the meetings are unwanted - Faced the downtime twice.
User-friendly email/calendar software
Pros:
I find Outlook to be very user-friendly email/calendar software, coming from someone who has used Google email/calendar products in all of my previous roles. It was simple to learn how to use it and I like that I was able to download the Outlook desktop app on my Mac. This allowed me to integrate my other email accounts and calendars to have all of my email accounts in one place and also sync my calendars in one place. I'm all about efficiency! I also actually like having desktop notifications which you don't get when using the web version of Outlook, though that is an option.
Cons:
One thing I do not like is how email threads appear in my inbox differently depending on whether I am using a Mac or PC. This is difficult because I work hybrid and when I am in the office, I use a PC, but I use a Mac when working from home. The Outlook app is a little different in general on a Mac vs PC, understandably so since it is a Microsoft software, but it would be helpful if the features and overall experience were more streamlined to be the same across different operating systems as this would make the experience more consistent.
The perfect email software for you.
Comments: Outlook is the ideal software for the email service of your company. It offers several advanced features to manage your company's emails effectively.
Pros:
What I like about Outlook is that it offers all the email features that allow users to easily manage their emails. It also provides an integrated calendar for organizing meetings and appointments.
Cons:
I have been using Outlook email for over 2 years in my company, and I haven't found any negative points. Outlook truly offers a high-quality email service.
Probably the best email tool out there, if you are tech savvy enough to use it.
Pros:
Microsoft Outlook is full of far more features than most email clients. I really like being able to set automatic replies when I am away from work. I like the number of plugins compatible with Outlook. If you have a Microsoft Exchange inbox, Outlook makes it very easy to set up your email, without having to deal with POP/IMAP settings. The ability to share contact groups among other employees comes in very handy. Most importantly, at least for our company, it can store an extremely large amount of emails before causing the software to become unstable.
Cons:
Outlook is not without its problems. It tends to be filled with randomly occurring bugs. I often have to use the inbox repair tool provided by Outlook for our employees. Some are caused by overwhelming amounts of emails being stored offline, which is understandable. Often, however, other bugs appear randomly. Sometimes Outlook is just suddenly unable to start, despite not having to load a large amount of data and requires the use of the inbox repair tool. Most recently I was unable to make an employee's laptop able to send emails until I downgraded him from Outlook 2016 to 2013. The support for problems such as these is very poor. Asking questions on the Microsoft forum often results in a generic list of things to try that any IT Manager would have already thought to try. One last point of criticism is Outlook's handling of POP3 protocol. Many users who were originally connected to Outlook via POP3 noticed their emails would come in bunches, rather than right after they were sent. It's hard to say how much of that is Outlook's fault, but certainly if you are choosing to use Outlook, I would recommend IMAP and Exchange over POP3. Overall, Outlook is a terrific tool, but it would be greatly improved if Microsoft took more time to address its bugs as well as provide better support to their customers.

Microsoft Outlook is great to use
Pros:
Microsoft's email system is one of the best solutions out there. Microsoft does a very thorough job fine tuning Outlook and what you use is one of the best email platforms out there. I also really like that you can remote login into any device on your network when you use Microsoft products like Outlook. If you get a new laptop or tablet, you can still sign in with your Microsoft credentials and find your Outlook the exact same way.
Cons:
Microsoft is not cheap. Yes, Outlook is robust but Microsoft is very expensive, especially when you compare it to its main competitors like Google or iCloud. Microsoft also doesn't have a lot of native tools that help with data analytics but they do offer it on their dashboards. If you use Microsoft and want data to support any finance, IT, or really any business decision, you will likely need to purchase a separate software tool and integrate it so you can use Outlook and get helpful and meaningful data that you can use and explain what is going on to the rest of your business.

Best tool for email available in market!
Comments: My company has switched to AD and now we are using Outlook (admin and user) with MS Teams. They work amazingly good when coupled together. The are built to scale in enterprise networks. For small startup setup, this is not a good idea, but to scale to enterprise level, they provide you multiple secure ways to access and assess.
Pros:
I have been using Outlook over 1 year or more now. I love the way teams can collaborate over Active Directory. Microsoft provides ease of use applications with their AD, outlook and teams are one of such. The way we can use the keyboard shortcuts in desktop app, feels like using native windows. I love their outbox thread, suppose the email is delayed for some reason, it will be there in outbox before reflecting it in sent items, this removes any discrepancy that could take place. But I love the encrypted emails feature, which I have never noticed in rivals yet.
Cons:
Well apart from just good talk, I have few things to highlight too. OOF message (Automatic replies) are to be set manually each day, why cannot we automate it for each day in upcoming week? Also, there should be a feature of email templates, which I did not find. When we have multiple email formats we have to store it in notepad and later copy paste, this things are something which needs to be considered while purchasing this product.

Its still one of the things Microsoft do best...
Comments: Since launching my own small business, Office365 has been a product that offers consistent value, reliability and without crazy price gouging. I looked at Google originally but this has been worth every dollar spent since I started.
Pros:
Microsoft Outlook for Mac no longer feels like the poor cousin - its a full-featured, stable and secure email management platform and as part of the Office365 suite its perfect in my small business scenario. I have very few issues with it, and I know I can rely on it to keep my business communications well-organised and consistent.
Cons:
The HTML formatting for Mac is still a fraction hit and its, but it does emails and email management well.
IF you HATE Gmail - you will LOVE Outlook!
Comments:
I use outlook for my personal projects and work. Generaly, I am working on google ecosystem, but I managed to make it work for me as I have several accounts on google and microsoft and some issues would be inevitable.
Outlook for me is a great email tool that I use when I am in the hurry or ant to create something on the nice software with great interface!
Pros:
Outlook is am amazing email management tool. I have started using during my years in the university as it was using microsoft ecosystem. At first it felt unfriendly after gmail, but after little time I noticed an amazing UI/UX, I played around to discover the possibilities, extentions and functionality and it is awesome! All you have about gmail is simply gone here. Of course, it has some flaws, but in general, it give you everything in terms of email management (personal or business)
Cons:
Microsoft ecosystem in general is a drawback here. If you are a poweruser like myself, you are probably familiar, how hard it is to switch from one ecosystem to another. Yes, outlook is great, but is onedrive better then google drive? - hard to say. Many people like google drive. And now we have google photos as well, and google calendar. All work perfectly together and if you switch to outlook, something might be lost. This is the biggest drawback. Overal, outlook is very nice product and I am happy to see its evolution into something better each year!
Outlook Brilliance: Navigating the Digital Inbox with Ease!
Comments: Outlook is my email haven! Its clean design and user-friendly interface make managing emails a breeze. The search function is a lifesaver, and organizing with folders is a game-changer. I love the prioritization feature—it keeps me on top of important tasks. However, occasional lags can be a downside, and the calendar sync could be smoother. Despite minor hiccups, Outlook is my go-to for seamless communication and efficient organization. It's like having a personal assistant for my inbox!
Pros:
I love how Microsoft Outlook simplifies my email life. The inbox organization is top-notch; I find what I need effortlessly. The search and filter options are a game-changer, making it a breeze to locate specific emails. The prioritization feature keeps me focused on what matters most, ensuring I never miss important messages. Archiving and retention help declutter without losing valuable information. The user-friendly interface makes navigating a joy. Overall, Outlook is my go-to for a stress-free email experience.
Cons:
Outlook can be a bit slow at times, and the calendar sync could be smoother. Minor glitches, but overall, a reliable tool for daily communication.
MS Outlook
Comments: I feel MS Office is the best choice for a business. It is more secure than having a Google email account for your business and looks more professional.
Pros:
MS Apps, along with a central calendar and a user-friendly email system, make this program worth the cost. The options to sort emails, the notification process, the ability to add tasks, as well as other apps from the MS family, makes it easier to handle your standard business needs.
Cons:
Rules management is one of the most difficult items to use in MS Outlook. Once everything was set up, I thought the respective emails would automatically move to the folder created for them, but I guess I missed something in the setup. I don't know how to fix it and the help options really didn't answer my questions on this one.
With Microsoft Outlook we receive our emails safely and professionally
Comments: My favorite feature of this program is the ability to automatically send meeting invitations to recently deleted folders and then retrieve them if necessary. I like this function since the inbox folder can only hold critical emails, and they aren't being forwarded to that folder. I enjoy being able to check other people's schedules so I can set up meetings and, if necessary, communicate with them directly. I enjoy the ease with which folders and emails can be established and organized.

Cons:
Since there are so many features and connections, it might be a bit overwhelming to find out what each one does. You'll ultimately get the hang of it with a little tinkering. I'm still prone to accidentally archiving or deleting an email because of a few erroneous typos. Because of this, I've learned to pay attention to the buttons I press when in my Inbox.
The best suitable method for all needs to manage and organize e-mail
Comments: Microsoft Outlook enables us to manage e-mail and organize meetings with high efficiency. The team keeps in touch and enables them to exchange messages quickly and get a complete picture of all updates.
Pros:
Microsoft Outlook is easy to use and contains calendar, contacts and all the tools you need to manage everything related to your email in one place. Microsoft Outlook increases interaction with email, and you will be able to send messages in distinctive formats due to the strong integration with the rest of the Office applications, which makes it easy for you to insert texts and tables Format it as you wish. I love how email addresses are logged, adding notes, and scheduling meetings in simple steps. One of my favorite features of Microsoft Outlook is the ability to plan to send emails at specific times, it can also have meetings, tasks and contacts on many windows, which can be an excellent system for managing tasks between different employees who can delegate productivity throughout our company . I trust their security and the layers of protection they provide for data.
Cons:
I don't think there's anything I dislike about Microsoft Outlook, it's easy to use and all the tools are crystal clear and designed to suit all needs.
